CANCELLATION POLICY
Arrival Time: Check-in on the Foxtrail app is required to start your experience. The check-in window is open for 20 minutes, starting 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled booking time. Teams who do not check-in during this window may not be able to start their trail. A refund will not be available in this situation.
Cancellations & Refunds: We will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled starting time. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to requested tour time.
Trail Reservations: Trail tickets may be purchased online up to 2 hours prior to tour time. We reserve the right to contact you about your reservation.
Extreme Weather: In the event of extreme weather at the starting time of your experience, we will try to book you for another day and time. Foxtrail reserves the right to cancel or delay trails at any time due to weather, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Experience: We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure the Foxtrail experience and all its components, including our Partners, are accessible by participants during normal trail hours. However, Foxtrail reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise and with or without prior notice, to close the trail or any part of it.
Payment: We require full payment at time of reservation. Your card will be charged when you select “Accept” on the confirmation page. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Dollars are Canadian and time is Pacific Standard Time (PST).
RESERVATIONS
This reservation is a revocable license, and it is unlawful to reproduce this reservation in any form. Reservations obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void. Holder agrees by use of this reservation not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event for which this reservation is issued. One reservation equals doing the activity once. In conformance with local requirements and rules certain items may not be brought into the trail, including, but not limited to, firearms or other weapons, illegal drugs, controlled substances and recording devices. Cameras are allowed, but professional photography is not allowed without prior written consent from Foxtrail.
Foxtrail, and all their Partners collectively reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other rules that are posted at Partner’s site. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license.
This reservation cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the activity for which it is issued, at the time and place of issue. This reservation is not redeemable for cash.
Positive/legally accepted proof of age may be required. Reservation is not transferable.
All who participate in this activity release Foxtrail, and all their Partners from any liability or claim that may result from any activity associated with the activity. All who attend agree that their image (likeness, voice, or other) may be used by Foxtrail, and/or their Partners for any advertising/marketing purpose without further notice or compensation.
