Foxtrail can be played seven days a week and all year-round! Any day can be a perfect day to spend quality time outside (re)discovering the city in a fun and engaging way.
>
All children are welcome! However, some of the clues are complex, so to truly enjoy the experience we recommend Foxtrail for children aged eight and over. There is also a minimum of 120 minutes outdoor with at least half of it requiring walking.
>

Participants

>
Foxtrail is an experience for families, companies and groups of friends of all ages. Participants use their printed instructions and explore a place in a playful way by solving riddles, showing their ability at mechanical games and cracking secret codes.
>
Choose a suitable day and starting time for your team of 2 to 6 persons. Book and pay your Foxtrail online. You will receive the booking confirmation and other necessary information by email. Now you are ready for your adventure! Get to the starting point, pick up your starting kit and follow the trail at your own pace. The Helpline service provides support throughout the trail. In order to follow the trail, each team needs the booking confirmation, Foxtrail instructions and a mobile phone. Finding the hidden clues and solving the tasks require communication and teamwork!
>
With teams larger than six it becomes harder for each member of the team to participate, and from our experience it is less fun.
>
The Foxtrail concept allows you to unplug from your busy life and to be active outside. You are in control of your time… do the trail at your own pace and indulge in a fun and memorable activity with your friends, family or colleagues. And because memories that are tied to emotional moments will be easier to remember, Foxtrail artisans back in Switzerland craft the most ingenious and fun stations for you and your team to play with and use all your brain power.
>
Absolutely! Foxtrail is designed to be dog-friendly. However, we ask you to follow on leash laws at all times.
>
Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather and wear good, comfortable shoes (trainers, shoes with good walking soles, light hiking boots, etc).
>
Foxes are out and about no matter the weather. Your Foxtrail booking will still be valid even if it rains.
>
Ouch… we know it hurts and we can’t answer that unfortunately, however we can answer when will the next time be and with whom… yes, with your family, your friends, your colleagues, your meeting attendees, your fellow students… we will leave it there for now.
>
Foxes are special animals and particularly astute. To us humans, they are approachable while still keeping their distance. They are so approachable as to venture into urban human habitat and to leave their trails there. This thought was the spark that inspired the name. The leisure activity event should not only be Switzerland’s most thrilling treasure hunt, but should also be properly named for a city experience that entails a clever search for clues.
>
Unfortunately, a few parts of the experience are not wheelchair accessible.
>
Yes, the more the merrier!
>
Yes, bring your little ones along. Remember to pack food and liquids and add them when selecting the team size.

Partners

>
Well, we are biased but in all fairness, why not? Why not increase the traffic through your campus or simply increase the number of people who visit your area, your municipality? Why not being associated with a cool, outdoor and eco-friendly brand? We suggest you contact us at hello@foxtrail.ca and we will be thrilled to start a conversation and clarify all the questions you might have.
>
We have done it in many other cases, therefore we are confident we can do it again. Talk to us at hello@foxtrail.ca to learn more about types of partnerships or explore that same information on the website.
